Swimcloud Entries

This page will detail how to submit entries via Swimcloud, properly in a step-by-step manner.

Step #1: Navigate to Swimcloud and Select this Meet

Once you've selected 2025 BIM Swim Invitational (linked HERE), you will see a portal with your team's information.

This screen is your homepage, and will be used to create and submit your entries for this meet.

Step #2: Create Your Entries

Using the three options for entries, you can create your entries:

Add Entries by Event: This will open a portal in Swimcloud that allows you to go event-by-event to select your team's entries. (I would choose this option, it is the easiest.)
Add Entries by Swimmer: This option allows you to click on each swimmer and select entries for each individual.
Import Entries: If you use BOTH Hy-TEK's Team Manager and Swimcloud together, you can create your team's entries in Hy-TEK's Team Manager and upload the file to Swimcloud.

Step #3: Submit Your Entries

Once you haver finished your entries, you will see a blue SUBMIT button on your team's homepage, press "Submit" when you are finished. You will receive a copy of your entries from the Meet Director (Brayden Bagla) to confirm your entries.
